Another Dog - Are You Kidding Me!?!

Maggie my lovable Cockapoo is 8 years old and as active as she was at a year old. I have been searching for another Cockapoo for several years off and on. At this point in my life with all the issues I have medically and the animal responsibilities - Do I need another puppy...... my friends and romantic partner all say NOT just NO but H NO! I on the other hand would really LOVE to have another Cockapoo. Indecision has never been something I suffered from until now - On one hand I feel my health is questionable, money is an issue for me with my disability, I have 3 dogs one of which is a little dog hater, there are tons of rescue dogs needing a good home and Cockapoos are high priced mutts (Maggie was before designer dogs) - OK the other side of it - there will NEVER be a good time to get another dog both health & money wise, Jackson hasn't eaten Maggie (yet), in San Antonio you can have 5 dogs, I would love to find a dog in a poodle or cocker rescue site, it would give more to blog about AND last but not least it would add some more happiness to my life. So there you have it my pros and cons list. I still haven't made the decision and am looking at poodle/cocker rescue sites in Texas - I think I am leaning toward....I just don't know!!
